yes.. but where is the problem clicking a link to see the changelog?!

There is no problem, but I prefer to have the whole information concering new software releases like change logs at a glance and don´t want to click further links only to get another fragment of information. If you are browsing trough the forums you can see that it is a common practice here to copy & paste change logs.

Did this answer your question?

CU,
Markus

rodi_0.3.53 released (03.12.05)

changelog

Quote
---------  0.3.53 ------------------

12:18 PM 12/3/2005 new CLI command chat sendNAT to send chat messages to NATed peers
11:25 AM 12/3/2005 more CLI commands moved to using common class to save size of the binary
11:25 AM 12/3/2005 fixed bug in NAT Discovery. keep NAT Traversal thread running for
full cone NATs. only "no NAT" and "forwarded port" NAT types does not require "keep alive"
punching

---------  0.3.52 ------------------

8:56 PM 12/2/2005
bug fix in the RateLimiter - affects Look and NAT.
Look CLI commands accept bandwidth in KBytes/s
NAT open in packets/s (packet is approx 35 bytes)

---------  0.3.51 ------------------

7:01 PM 12/2/2005
bug fix. in the Look - do not drop packets (look requests) scheduled for Tx. wait until
bandwith available

21:05 30/11/2005
new class CLICommandGeneral in the CLIInit. The goal is to reduce size of the rodi.jar
CLI commands result in ~160K (100 files) of classes. JAR tool does loosy job in
compressing of small files. class CLICommandGeneral can replace separate classes
in many cases. Expected saving is at least 3K for every 6-7 CLI commands. Total
expected reduction in the size of the final JAR file is at least 30K or 10% of the
current JAR size. Current JAR file cares full debug information - adds another 50K
It looks reasonable to target under 500K JAR file which is still usable as a Java
applet

does somebody here use Rodi ?
how often ?
if people use the application i could probably run a hosts cache on some reliable server

...and some other project - check http://www.gomyplace.com/ browse a couple  of public daemons, see that screen captures on the demo page and even run your own daemon (or proxy or server or all things together)

have fun !
