in the look table try to increase rate up to what your link gives you, for example 10KBytes/s for regular ADSL in retrys set 30 or 50 and run again

try also http://www.broadbandreports.com/whois(requires registration) check in your firewall that your packets are let to go out

Hmm lets see if this works try searching for this exact filename. rodi_0.2.0F.zip
If it returns a result, then we've both configured our clients correctly, however pattern based searches don't work, only exact filenames and hashes.
Though I doubt things are correctly configured, dang thing is fustrating to figure out, a good quick start guide is needed. The current manual doesn't really help, much.

commands dbg tx and dbg rx will give more info

pay attemtion to the column Rate in the table Download In your case 2 (KBytes/s) for the file test4 change Rodi configuration - increase dld speed command conf dld downstream 100 will do the trick
P.S. Windows XP Look&Feel is not bad. i will probably run it this way too
