will enbale up to 10 simultaneous connections

Answer: "right, Rodi can not provide true anonymity to
everybody. but people who can spoof IP address (for
example, in corporate networks or Univ campuses) will
get the best protection possible in the IP networks.
Better than I2P, Mute, Tor, etc.

imagine that 1% of people can spoof. Any log of the
packets collected on the edge of the network is not
reliable, because there is 1/100 chance that source IP
of Deutsche Bank adversary sees in the packets was
spoofed."
