Quite a few people seem to have problems updating the Webstart-version of ANts to 0.7.2-release 2.
I had this problems, too and this is how I solved them:

1. Uninstall/Remove Ants in Java Webstart
2. Download the new Webstart Autoinstaller ( direct link ) at the official  Ants website
3. Start the jnlp with Java Webstart

Did the trick for me.
