I live at a univ with a firewall and a packet shaper. I've been told that this can actually let me torrent. Is this actually true? if so what is the difference between this and programs such as HPing2 and Packet Excalibur? and is there a less technical guide to this prog? its kind of hard to read.

rodi is not Bittorrent compatible
sorry
try newest Azureus - they implemented end-to-end encryption which probably helps
