limited upload

in the preference in the mute mfc the upload is limited to 15....but the max upload for vip is olways 4....i have increase the number 15 - 50.....4 - 20 olways the upload failed....
same ghive me an answer:.. becouse this is the limited of the program..... but whay the reason this is the program problem or the network problem........

 there is a way to resolv this problem?......

basically we just limit to 4 per VIP so people don't run rouge clients and start downloading too many files at once from a VIP...

the max uploads of 15 keeps your own client from being overtaken by too many downloads...

logically it works like this:

   if( total number of uploads < max uploads )
   {
        if( number of uploads to current VIP < 4 )
        {
            allow upload to VIP
            increment number of uploads to current VIP
            increment total number of uploads
        }
   }
